To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Our partner facilities are located in California and South Carolina with additional manufacturing capabilities in Europe, Canada, Australia and Mexico..

Usually, it takes 4–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 4–7 business days
  • Europe: 1–2 weeks
  • Australia: 1–2 weeks
  • International: 10–28 business days

*Due to high volume numbers of orders, please allow 2-3 business days for shipping, although it might be longer based on the location.

If you are not satisfied! – Contact us immediately at returns@nexscient.com or though our contact page and we will do our best to make this right for you, whether with a refund or exchange.

Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, salable, with original tags and packaging.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at returns@nexscient.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

We process and complete orders as quickly as possible. If you have any modification requests or need to cancel after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@nexscient.com.  We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

If you are not satisfied with your items, or the items is damaged, contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase at returns@nexscient.com and we will make every effort to resolve any issue.
